The common characteristic that all of our candidates share is a desire to achieve something better in their life through business ownership. We specialize in helping people evaluate business ownership by matching our candidates with franchise opportunities that are a perfect fit for their backgrounds and goals and then helping them to research these franchises in a structured way.

Step 1 – Individual and Confidential Consultation

 

The goal of this step is for us to uncover the information we need to create your ideal business model. Our consultation covers a wide range of topics including:

  • Understanding your long-term goals and aspirations
  • Delving into your reasons for exploring business ownership
  • Reviewing the different ownership models available in franchising
  • Discussing the pros and cons and business and franchise ownership
  • Learning about what you love to do and don’t love to do
  • Fleshing out the characteristics of your ideal business

Based on the information reviewed in your consultation, we create a detailed business model that accurately summarizes your ideal business. This is the foundation we use to select franchise opportunities that align with your goals and aspirations. Through our affiliate relationships, we work with prescreened franchise companies who have happy and profitable franchisees and are sound businesses.

 

Step 3 – Researching and Analyzing Franchise opportunities

 

We will guide you through a structured step-by-step process to research the franchise opportunities we present to you. This includes ensuring that you are provided preferential service by the franchise companies so you can get access to the information you need to make an informed decision.

How are you service free?

Similar to an executive recruiter, we are paid by the franchise companies if you and they decide to enter into a partnership. By working closely with the best-of-the-best of franchise opportunities, we help them screen and identify those candidates who are the ideal fit for them (and vice versa), thus enabling them to offset significant staff and resources costs of recruiting franchisees on their own.
